Technology Department Recommends Mac Users Delay Upgrade to Sonoma
 
To minimize the risk of compatibility issues, we recommend employees who use District-owned Apple computers for work or study should avoid installing the newest operating system, macOS Sonoma.
 
Our Technology team will be testing Sonoma with systems and services over the next month and will announce when it is safe to update as recommended.
 
The upgrade to macOS Sonoma will be delayed for all LNSD-owned computers and users should not attempt to update those machines.
 
If you have already installed Sonoma on your personal machine and encountered problems, submit a work order for assistance.
