STATE LAW TDaP BOOSTER NEEDED

Dear Parent or Guardian:

California law requires that all incoming 7th graders get a whooping cough booster shot, called Tdap, before starting school. This shot is routinely recommended for children ages 11 and older.

If your child has not received a Tdap booster, please make an appointment for him or her to receive it and other recommended care as soon as possible.
