Los Nietos School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by Title IX and its regulations, including in admission and employment.

When to Make a Report

Make a report when there is sex discrimination, which is any type of discrimination on the basis of sex, On the basis of sex includes sex stereotypes, sex characteristics, sexual orientation, gender identity, pregnancy or related conditions. It also includes sex-based harassment that is:

  1. Quid pro quo harassment
  2. Hostile environment harassment
  3. Specific offenses such as sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence or stalking

How to Make a Report
