As part of the Whittier Unincorporated Heritage Project, various local public Los Angeles County libraries are hosting PhotoShare events. All you need to do is take your historic photos (before 1980) to the PhotoShare event at one of the hosting libraries and your photos will be converted into high-quality digital images.
