Los Nietos School District Schools Encourage their Students to Do their Very Best on the CST Exams beginning 5/2/11

The Los Nietos School District will be administering the California Standards Tests (CST) to their second through eighth grade students for two weeks beginning May 2, 2011. The California Standards Tests measure student’s proficiency in mastering the grade level content they have been taught during the school year. The testing is extremely important and students are advised to get a good night sleep, eat a good breakfast, and to do their very best. Although the principals and staffs at all four schools have shared with the parents and students how import the testing is, last Friday the Los Nietos Schools held “Pep Rally” assemblies to encourage their students to do their very best on the CST’s!

The principals and staffs of Aeolian, Ada S. Nelson, Rancho Santa Gertrudes, and Los Nietos Middle School are congratulated for providing entertaining assemblies for their student with the consistent student message being, “Do Your Best”! Teachers, support staff, and principals did activities that made their student’s laugh, cheer, and excited about taking the CST exams. The humorous activities provided at all four schools provided an excellent way to kick-off the two-week of CST Testing.
