It brings me great pleasure to share with you some exciting news. After a rigorous selection process, I am delighted to announce the appointment of Mrs. Becky Speh as the new Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources Department for the Los Nietos School District. As your superintendent, I am passionate about promoting a culture of growth and development within our staff, and Mrs. Speh embodies the core values that are critical to ensure our vision and mission is accomplished for every student.
I am confident that Mrs. Speh’s exceptional leadership skills and over 22 years of experience in the education sector will make her an excellent addition to our District's Executive Cabinet. Her love for our District and commitment to our community are qualities that make her highly respected and qualified to take on this new role.
Mrs. Speh has been an integral part of our District for eleven years, having served as the principal of Aeolian Elementary School. Her contributions to our community have been invaluable, and her skill set and leadership will undoubtedly serve as a true asset to our school district as we strive to enhance our education system and create a brighter future for our students, families, and staff.
As we continue to invest in our fantastic staff, I am confident that Mrs. Speh is the right person to help us achieve our goals.
