On Thursday, September 23, 2010, Aeolian, Nelson, and Rancho elementary schools welcomed parents to the annual Back to School Night. The school principals addressed a large group of parents regarding test scores, new procedures, and the introduction of the teaching staff prior to being released to meet with their children’s classroom teacher.
Pictured are Principal Marla Duncan from Nelson School, Aeolian School Principal Amber Lee-Ruiz, and Principal Octavio Perez from Rancho Santa Gertrudes School. All elementary teachers welcomed the parents to their classrooms, and provided them with information about the grade level content standards that their children would be learning this year.
